Dear Friends,
This is with reference to the HCL Bridge Tournament 2011 to be held at Hotel Radisson, NOIDA from 8th September to 11th September 2011. The total prize money is Rs. 12,50,000/-.
We have finalized the following accommodation at NOIDA after negotiations.
OPTION 1:
Have arranged 30 standard A/C rooms in Hotel ROYALE PARK , G-43, Sector-6, NOIDA, which is approx. 2.5 Kms. from the venue and easily accessible. Ph: 0120-4310990, Mob: 9910391900, 9810132447
The tariff is Rs. 1800 (double occupancy) and Rs. 1500 (Single Occupancy) plus 10.3% tax extra. The tariff also includes Breakfast and free Internet facility in the Hotel. Extra bed charges are Rs. 500/-
This is a economy hotel but with TV, Internet available in the Hotel. Please note that there is no lift. I have requested them to give maximum rooms in 1st floor, so that people will not have to climb to 2nd floor. There are only 6 rooms in ground floor, and I will give it to ladies & old gentlemen.
As maximum teams will be staying here, hence organisers are planning to provide to & fro transport from this Hotel to venue at a pre-fixed time. Please note the transport arrangements are only from this place.
OPTION 2:
HOTEL NARULA NOIDA, C-135, Sector: 02, Near Sec-15 Metro Station, Noida U. P. 201301, Contact: 0120-2441396-97.
SNGL/DBL A/C rooms - Rs. 3000/4000+ 10.3% Tax, Extra Bed: Rs 1000, Buffet B/FAST inclusive, Check-in & Check-out time is 12 noon.
This is a good hotel and only 1.5 Kms from the venue.
OPTION 3:
REDFOX HOTEL, Plot No. 6, Community Center, Mayur Vihar, Phase III, Delhi 110096, Tel: 011-61108501.
SNGL/DBL A/C Rooms - Rs. 1800/2300+ 20.3% Tax, Buffet B/FAST inclusive.
This is a better hotel than OPTION A and around 4.5 Kms from the venue.
